I am asking all the students who are living at my floor to call me grandma Kapa, because they are like grandchildren for me. Even though my real children are begging me to quit this job, I appreciate everyday in here and I don’t want to leave. I’m working in this dorm for almost 30 years and this place is my second home. It`s one of the seven most important Soviet skyscrapers and I have seen the process of building it. I can say proudly – I took part in a team of the builders in 1953 when I was a young girl painting walls of this dormitory. Who would have thought back then, that l would spend half of my life in here?
